1. Who?

Who are the 11 owner-members that are involved.

I count 14. There are one or two on the South side of Larkspur.

There is the owner of the 40 acre lot on the North side of Larkspur.

The vacant lot at the northern end of Primrose Way is owned by Benda&Susaki.

I think it is Allen(?) at the South end of the north/south piece of Primrose Way.

And there are 9 more of us.

All of these owner-members will be affected by paving and presumably share in the cost.

In addition, Susan said MEEHOA will maintain the paving. I don't think MEEHOA has the authority to do so but obviously every owner-member in MEEHOA should have a say in this project if that is true.
