ACCESS3. Access? Who will legally be able to drive on the paved road sections when they are complete. It would be nice if all of those involved could traverse all of the roads. I hate to get lawyers involved but the area is a patchwork of easements and it might be wise to get everyone involved to sign on to a new joint private easement for ingress, egress and public utilities. |
